We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Coordinator to join our team at COMFFITS INTERIORS & MKTG PVT LTD , a leading office furniture showroom. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and phone inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless showroom operations.

Client Interaction

Greet visitors and clients as they enter the showroom, providing a welcoming and professional environment.

Respond to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, providing accurate product information and addressing any concerns.

Assist customers in navigating the showroom, guiding them to the right office furniture solutions based on their needs and preferences.
