Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Receptionist Cum Cashier to join our team. This role combines front-line customer service and administrative duties with cashier responsibilities. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to customers, manage front desk operations, and handle cash transactions with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and welcome guests or customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff.

Address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Maintain a positive and courteous attitude while handling customer interactions, both in-person and via phone.

Reception Duties:

Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is neat, organized, and presentable.

Schedule and confirm appointments or bookings as required.

Provide visitors with appropriate information, documentation, or forms.

Direct customers to their designated departments, rooms, or locations.

Cashier Duties:

Handle cash transactions, including processing payments, giving change, and issuing receipts.

Operate and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system for cash, credit, and debit card payments.

Perform daily cash reconciliation and ensure accuracy in cash drawer and register.

Process refunds or exchanges in accordance with company policies.

Maintain records of financial transactions and assist with basic accounting tasks.

Administrative Support:

Assist with filing, data entry, and general office administrative tasks as needed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and transaction records.

Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Help with booking appointments or coordinating meetings when required.
