Register guests & assigns rooms and maintain room status tracking

Maintain a detailed knowledge of hotels services and hours of operations. Provide courteous service ; respond promptly and tactfully to guest complaints / requests ensuring complete follow up, action and revert to the guest.

Coordinate rooms status updates to housekeeping department of check-outs, late check-out, early check-ins, special requests.

Maintain Registration card. Ensure that C forms are generated.

Ensure the procedure is followed while handling scanty baggage guests and walk-in guest safety guarding payments.

Ensure all credit card signed imprints, Travel Agent voucher & gift vouchers are safely stored.

Ensure that the charges to guest folios are posted and keep the supporting bill in order.

Attends to departmental and other hotel training and also participates in all social / welfare activities conducted by the hotel.

Ensure arrival/ departure timings are sent to housekeeping well in advance.

Takes up any other responsibility entrusted by Management.
