Roles & Responsibilities:
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
• Should be responsible to assist Chairman & Managing Director Sir.
• Should be responsible to assist HR department.
• Should handle office Administration Activities and Front office management.
• To handle the tasks of routing outgoing and incoming telephone calls to the particular extensions.
• Responsible for distributing regular mail, electronic mail and other material along
with maintaining the co-ordination among internal as well as external
departments of the organization.
• Responsible for ordering, managing office supplies and for maintaining inventory.
• Responsible for supervising and updating office staff regarding procedures, policies or any update.
• Responsible for organizing conferences/meetings, record and prepare minutes of meetings.
• Responsible for arranging business tours for the employees/staff members and for making reservations for them.
• Responsible for compiling the data, statistics and other information to aid any kind of research activities.
Experience:
0-2 years
Required Qualification and Skills:
• Degree in any relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Hands-on experience with office equipment ()
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
