Front Office Administrator (Only Females)

Job Description

We are looking for Female Counselors / Female Front office executive

( Females only)

nt requirement for a female candidate with excellent communication skills in English Hindi and Telugu.

Qualification: B tech or MBA/ bsc or MSC computers or Bachelor��s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling preferred

Excellent communication skills

Ability to empathize with clients

Ability to leverage internal and external resources as part of a client treatment plan

Experience writing assessments and reports to monitor client progress

Bachelor��s degree preferred, but diploma accepted with some college or equivalent experience

2+ years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant

Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures

Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner

Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information

Schedule and plan meetings and appointments

Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages

Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues

Maintain trusting relationships with clients, customers and colleagues

Perform receptionist duties if needed

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, virtual assistant or in another relevant administrative role

Knowledge of computer systems&Working knowledge of office equipment and Thorough understanding of office management procedures

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office and Excel and photo shop software working experience preferred

Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner

Listening skills

Empathy and understanding

Patience and a calm manner

Ability to relate to and adapt communication style to suit a wide range of people

Multitasking - Capable of handling multiple requests, distribution of workload and execution
