Purpose the Job –
•Support administration function at corporate office
•Reception and Guest Management.
•Support employee queries resolution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Handling front Office & Ensure proper Guest hospitality.
•Ensure Driver`s daily Duty allocation and maintain their attendance.
•Ensure all system data is accurate and updated at real time
•Assist in proper housekeeping and pest control at corporate office
•Evaluate, assess and enhance performance of all admin service providers through timely internal feedback
•Assist in the office furniture repairs and maintenance.
•Ensure availability and distribution of stationary at all locations.
•Raising PR & PO in Navision system.
•Handling Car & hotel bookings.
Work Experience Requirements:
•Exposure to Corporate office facility
•Dealing with Vendors and Negotiation.
Specific Technical Skills Required
•Knowledge of various admin related Services
•Microsoft office tools

•Assertion with interpersonal skills
•Good communication in English language
