Job Description

• Maintain & Organize Meetings & Maintain minutes of Meetings, calendars and coordinate activities, with internal and external agencies with described requirements.

• Managing Reception Area including welcoming Visitors / Guests.

• Attend incoming and outgoing call and transfer calls to various departments.

• Received and assisted clients to correct destinations; office, or meeting rooms.

• Maintain all Stationery Items, Pantry Items and Housekeeping Items stock

record.

• Maintain register of Inward and Outward courier record and distribute to all

employees.

• Maintain all Vendors Bills and Cheque record.

• Coordinating with outside the dealers, Suppliers and vendors.

• Providing all the stationery item to new employees & help in arranging the seat.

• Preparation of MIS Report

• Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents.

• Coordinate with various departments, Finance, Projects, HR.
