Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own the Front Office Operations and act as the front face of Office.

• Maintain Inward & Outward Registers & track all the logistics pertaining to office.

• Manage & record various visitors coming to office like candidates, vendors etc.,

• Answer calls and provide necessary information to various stakeholders.

• Ensure employees/visitors are following protocol of entering the office.

• Work closely with Admin & Operations team on a day-to-day basis.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience required is 6 months to 2 years in a relevant job role.

• Should be having exposure and experience on Front Office Operations.

• Should have good communication skills. (Should be able to talk in Hindi & Telugu apart from English)

• Education: Minimum of graduation (any specialization)

• Should be residing near to Office for ease of travelling.

• Should be presentable & well groomed. (Females only)

• Should have exposure and working knowledge on MS Office & general computer operations.
