Reporting To Front Office Manager

Greeting guests: Welcoming guests in a professional and warm manner

Check-in and check-out: Assisting guests with the check-in and check-out processes

Providing information: Providing information about the hotel's services, facilities, and local attractions

Handling guest inquiries: Addressing guest requests and inquiries, including special arrangements and room preferences

Processing payments: Ensuring accurate billing and processing payments from guests

Coordinating with other departments: Working with housekeeping and other departments to address guest needs

Responding to feedback: Responding to guest feedback and resolving issues in a timely manner

Maintaining the front desk: Keeping the front desk area organized and neat

Answering phone calls: Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate department

Creating a welcoming atmosphere: Contributing to a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests
