Front Desk Receptionist Cum Admin (Female Candidates Required)

Responsibilities:

Greeting and Welcoming the Visitors, clients or Walk-ins and redirecting them to the concerns.

Attending phone call , redirecting them to the concerns Handling Emails and replying to them.

Vendor Management , Students & Enquiry Management.

Responsible to maintain the office Hygiene and resolve queries

Maintaining reports for stationary material,

Printing, scanning documents for employees & Students.

Filing and maintaining important documents for employees & Students.

Helping and solving any Admin related queries raised by employees

Coordinating with internal team for admin / facilities related tasks

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream. Knowledge of administrative & Receptionist.

Minimum of 2+ year of relevant work experience in a administrative & Receptionist role

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
