We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist / Front Desk Operator to be

the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent

communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks

efficiently. This role is vital for creating a welcoming environment for visitors and

providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times.

Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain a visitor log and ensure compliance with security protocols.

Provide general information about the company and its services to visitors and clients.

Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk operator, or in a similar role.

Excellent communication (Proficiency in Hindi, English, Telugu) and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment (., printers, copiers).

Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
