Front Desk Receptionist (Female)

Job Description

Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Provide basic administrative support, such as data entry and filing.

Assist with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
