Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Location: Absolute Yoga Studio, DLF Moti Nagar, Karampura, Delhi

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Alternate Sat Working), 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-friendly Front Desk Executive to manage reception operations, handle social media, maintain cash transactions, and oversee studio cleanliness. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for wellness, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Customer Service:

Greet and assist clients, handle inquiries, and provide information about our yoga classes and membership plans.

Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.

Social Media & Video Content Creation:

Create and upload engaging content (videos & posts) for our social media pages and website.

Respond to comments and messages, helping to build the studios online presence.

Cash Handling & Records Management:

Manage daily cash transactions and maintain proper records.

Handle membership payments and issue receipts.

Studio Maintenance & Supervision:

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the studio.

Supervise cleaning staff and ensure all studio areas are well-organized.

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or social media management preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.

Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.

Enthusiastic and friendly attitude with a professional approach.

Salary:10k-12k
