Reservations: Coordinate reservations and optimize occupancy rates

Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout the hotel

Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service

Budgeting: Manage budgets and forecast revenue

Marketing: Implement marketing strategies

Vendor relations: Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

Staff management: Lead and guide other team members, and designate tasks for staff
