Job Description

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional approach, answering inquiries, providing information, and directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.

- Assist passengers with check-in procedures, issue boarding passes, and ensure all required travel documents are verified for accuracy.

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer queries or redirecting them to the appropriate team.

- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, or calls for management or other departments, ensuring efficient time management.

- Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, maintaining office supplies, and handling correspondence.

- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly, escalating more complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.

- Assist customers with booking flights, making reservations, and managing changes to bookings as per company guidelines.

- Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming, creating a positive first impression for all visitors.

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding flight schedules, check-in times, gate numbers, and any service-related queries.

- Coordinate with other departments such as sales, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and smooth airport operations.

- Handle cash, credit card transactions, or other payment methods for ticket sales and other services, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and documented.

- Maintain accurate records of passenger information, appointments, and communications, and generate reports as required by management.

- Provide personalized and high-level service to VIP passengers or special request travelers, ensuring an exceptional experience.

- Ensure compliance with all airline policies, airport security regulations, and customer service standards set by the aviation company.
