Greet guests warmly and professionally, registering them for arrivals and departures.
Manage switchboard operations, answering phones and directing calls efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Gather guest feedback and share it with appropriate departments to improve the overall customer experience.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients and generate repeat business.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A positive and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Proficiency in English Communication is must.
