Job Description :
1. Works as an in charge of all front office operations.
2. Attends incoming and outgoing calls and transfer calls to various departments.
3. Looks after dispatching courier mails and keeps a record of them; fax documents when required.
4. Handling Pre Meeting Requisites - Documents, maintain the coordination of ID and other visitor's cards.
5. Distributes inwards documents received and responsible for the payments of bills.
6. Provides support to HR department, drafts & sends email when required.
7. Supports all office activities.
8. Booking on Conference / Meeting room availability in advance.
9. Sending faxes and emails and Managing mailing or distribution lists as needed.
10. Transportation arrangements for client.
11. Maintains office stock record.
Required Candidate profile :
1. Should have good communication.
2. Should have a pleasing personality.
3. Good English Communication skills.
4. Good in Marathi & English speaking, typing & to handle phone calls.
5. Good written English for email.
6. Good Knowledge of MS office , Power Point Presentation.
7. Good Knowledge of Mathematical Formulae in MS excel.
8. Good Knowledge of making online travel booking.
9. Net savvy for quick online searches.
10. Good personality for taking reporting on Director's behalf.
11. Good knowledge of time management for Director.
