Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/Secondary data sources.
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
Making at least 80-100 Cold Calls per day
Identify and create an opportunity to generate lead
Asking questions to the customer and understanding their requirements & forwarding the prospective lead to the concerned team member.
Maintaining call log report & sharing the same with Reporting Manager on daily basis.
Greeting all visitors.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material . pens, forms, and brochures.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk . Maintain Register for Visitors etc.
Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment, and furniture.
Order stationery supplies for Office and keep an inventory of stock.
Update calendars and schedule meetings.
Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing.
Maintaining office services as required (such as Housekeeping and maintenance companies)
Receiving and dispatching deliveries of Courier and maintain the records of the same.
Email coordination as per the requirements.
