2) Candidate Will Be in Charge of Front Office Operations.
candidate Will Be Responsible for the Following:-
1. Works as An in Charge of all Front Office Operations.
2. Attends Incoming and Outgoing Calls and Transfer Calls to Various Departments.
3. Handles Customers Walk-in, Brief Them About Company&services.
4. Looks After Dispatching Courier Mails and Keeps a Record of Them Documents When Required.
5. Handling Pre Meeting Requisites - Documents, Maintain the Coordination of Id and other Visitor&cards.
6. Distributes Inwards Documents Received and Responsible for the Payments of Bills.
7. Provides Support to Hr Department, Drafts &sends Email When Required.
8. Supports all Office Activities.
9. Booking On Conference / Meeting Room Availability in Advance.
10. Sending Faxes and Emails and Managing Mailing or Distribution Lists as Needed.
