Coordinate with Studio Manager, Contact Center and Consultants to Book Consultations

for the Center.

to Make Sure that all Leads are Getting Converted Into Studio Walk Ins for Face to Face

consultations; Match the Allocated Number of Consultation At the End of the Month

Handling Inquiries On Phone as Well as On Emails.

Maintain Appropriate Standards of Conduct, Dress, Hygiene, Uniforms, Appearance And

posture of Self and Colleagues At Front Office.

Prepare Efficient Work Schedule for Front Office Staff.

desired Candidate Profile:

3+ Experience in Hospitality or Service Industry, Entertainment, Media, Corporate

Good & Pleasing Communication Skills in English, Hindi and Vernacular is Preferred

Excellent Telephone Courtesy & Client Handling Skill.

Routine Operations Management Knowledge.

Should Be Highly Motivated & Result Oriented.
