Job Description:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective and current clients.
Provide detailed information about visa application processes, requirements, fees, and timelines.
Schedule appointments for clients with visa consultants and ensure they are adequately prepared for their appointments.
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote the services offered by the consultancy.
Maintain a database of potential clients and regularly follow up to convert leads into appointments.
Record and update client information accurately in the CRM system.
Greet clients and visitors as they enter the office, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Ensure the reception area is well-stocked with informational materials and application forms.
Maintain office supplies, including brochures, pamphlets, and application forms.
Help in maintaining the office calendar, scheduling appointments, and managing consultants' availability.
Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments.
Prepare reports on call activity, appointment scheduling, and lead conversion.
Maintain the confidentiality of client information and sensitive data.
Job Specification:
A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the local language and, if applicable, in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other office applications.
