Job Title: Front Desk Associate Salon ( Only females apply)

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Schedule appointments , and also involve in cash handling

Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Manage check-ins/check-outs.

Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.
