Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. In addition to greeting and directing guests, you will also be responsible for various administrative tasks. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary

Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area

Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings

Provide administrative support to other departments as needed

Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and activities
