Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a smile and provide exceptional customer service.
Answer phones professionally, direct calls, and take accurate messages.
Manage the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
Process reservations and bookings for tables and events.
Provide general information about TomTom Skybar, menus, and events.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a hospitality environment (restaurants, hotels preferred).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive and professional attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
