Managing other office maintenance through designated agencies, preparing various agreements with clients and other associates,
Manage and organize office operations: Administrators oversee day-to-day operations, such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. These ensure that your office environment is organized and efficient
Maintaining records and databases: Administrators often handle sensitive information and maintain databases and records. Data accuracy, security and confidentiality are guaranteed. Tea coffee machine material / Daily Milk record / Water bottle record/ Housekeeping attendance verification/ Security duty and attendance.
