Role Description
FootSecure is looking for a full-time, Front Desk Executive. This role requires to assist the patients, booking appointments and keeping records of patients front desk responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Executive Responsibilities
1. Greet and Assist the patients, directing them to consultation rooms/OT.
2. Keep front desk and Front Office Area/ Reception tidy and presentable.
3. Coordinate with Facility/Housekeeping services for the regular upkeep of the centre.
4. Relay messages and information accurately and promptly.
5. Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor in all interactions.
6. Communicate effectively with patients and internal staff.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a Must.
Presentable personality capable of multi-tasking in handling receptionist duties .
Bachelors degree.
Proficiency in maintaining records of patients.
