Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and personable Front Office Executive to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and lasting impression for our visitors, clients, and employees.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or personnel
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for meetings and conference rooms
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information in person, via phone, or email
Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and operations
Assist in coordinating office events and meetings as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic administrative skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
Education:- Graduation (preferred)
