We are seeking polished and professional Front Office Executives to join one of the leading Facilities Management firms in the country, supporting a niche-level BFSI client. This role involves managing front office operations with exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors and clients with a warm, professional approach.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
• Manage daily front desk operations, including scheduling, records, and coordination with internal departments.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Graduation in any stream; candidates from a hospitality background preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a corporate office, hotel, or commercial premises in a front office role.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, professional appearance, and a customer-focused attitude.
