Manages employees daily operations and performance.
Host of Daily Go meeting to ensure minimum weekly review of order backlog.

order entry accuracy and highlight delivery concerns to Sales/Customers and
Operations.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are
unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging
delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the
correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and
deliveries are handled efficiently.
Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to
arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality,
up-to-date support material.
Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence,
preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents
and communicating relevant information
Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality
sales presentations
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures
and presentation f
