�� Manages employees�� daily operations and performance.
�� Host of Daily Go meeting to ensure minimum weekly review of order backlog.

�� Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are
unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging
delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
�� Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the
correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
�� Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and
deliveries are handled efficiently.
�� Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to
arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality,
up-to-date support material.
�� Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence,
preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
�� Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents
and communicating relevant information
�� Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality
sales presentations
�� Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
