JOB DESCRIPTION
Freight Forwarding Manager Exp – 10-15 yrs Above 50k and above ( depends on their exp)
· Communicate and interact effectively with people of diverse cultural backgrounds & hold boardroom meetings to inform senior management and executives of global opportunities.
·
Prepare and present proposals to qualifying companies on import/export opportunities.
·
Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to address any issues/problems or concerns & keep abreast of opportunities in various countries through ongoing communication with contacts.
·
Strong consultation, facilitation and coaching skills, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
·
Superior judgment and tact in dealing with sensitive issues and confidential information
·
Excellent relationship building skills. Able to establish and maintain effective
working relationship with subordinates’ peers and superiors.
·
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and to effectively handle changing priorities.
Co-coordinating with Operation Dept & CHA for documentation, follow up till the cargo handover to the S. Line.
·
Releasing of BL for export shipments after sailing of vessel | Sending Pre-alert documents to the
Oversea Agent | Keeping Customer, Oversea Agent updated on status of shpt on time to time.
·
Closing docket with Account | Follow up for copies with shipping line, CHA.
Achieve set Budget and Target by the management, also monitor and help the Marketing Team to achieve the targeted goal.
