Roles & Responsibility :
Communicate and interact effectively with people of diverse cultural backgrounds & hold
boardroom meetings to inform senior management and executives of global opportunities.
Prepare and present proposals to qualifying companies on import/export opportunities.
Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to address any issues/problems or
concerns & keep abreast of opportunities in various countries through ongoing communication
with contacts.
Strong consultation, facilitation and coaching skills, analytical, problem solving and
organizational skills.
Superior judgment and tact in dealing with sensitive issues and confidential information
Excellent relationship building skills. Able to establish and maintain effective
working relationship with subordinates’ peers and superiors.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and to effectively handle
changing priorities.
Co-coordinating with Operation Dept & CHA for documentation, follow up till the cargo
handover to the S. Line.
Releasing of BL for export shipments after sailing of vessel | Sending Pre-alert documents to
the
Oversea Agent | Keeping Customer, Oversea Agent updated on status of shpt on time to time.
Closing docket with Account | Follow up for copies with shipping line, CHA.
Achieve set Budget and Target by the management, also monitor and help the Marketing Team
to achieve the targeted goal.
