We are hiring passionate and experienced Customer Service Representative for our Customer Service department who can join immediately. Male /Female both candidates required .

You should be able to offer assistance to the products and services via phone calls and emails. You will be responsible for answering the questions of the client and resolving all their issues . Therefore by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

In addition to this, you will also be responsible for providing all the necessary information about the products and services. You should be documenting the details of the calls for future reference.

As an ideal candidate, you should possess an excellent ability to handle critical situations.
