We are looking for Freelance US IT Recruiters to help us with our requirements.

Job Timing: Flexible (Any time, any hours)
Salary: Commissions / Incentives based. No fixed salary
Note: Applicants must have their own laptop/desktop and a good internet connection.
Basic training will be provided virtually.
Job Description:
- Perform end to end recruitment.
- Submit candidates based on the requirements – mid, senior management, technical or non-technical requirements.
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. Screen incoming resumes and application forms and interview candidates via phone / video call.
- Interact with candidates on a daily basis.
- Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, and job boards, and internally provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring manager.
- Create your talent pool by uploading the available resources under your ID.
- Use LinkedIn and popular job boards to source relevant candidates.
- Submit resources with a quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods is preferred.
- 0-1 year recruitment experience preferred.
- Both IT and Non-IT recruitment experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Head hunting experience is preferred.
