As a freelance non IT recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and screening qualified candidates for various non IT positions in client organizations. You will work on a project basis and collaborate with hiring managers and HR departments to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
Responsibilities:
Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in negotiating job offers and close candidates to accept the offers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources is preferred
• Minimum 2-5 year of direct recruiting experience as a freelancer
• Excellent Communication skills
• Candidates from Non-IT preferred
• Solid knowledge of candidate selection methods and interview techniques.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Should have his own job boards
