Roles & Responsibilities
Developing and implementing strategies for franchise development.
Establish new franchisee DoorDash India,
Generating franchisee leads via emails, cold calls, and advertising on social media platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, as well as any other channel that resonates, in collaboration with the Marketing team, and maintaining records of all franchisee inquiries.
Screening investor portfolios and conducting exploratory discussions to determine the greatest fit for his investment bandwidth, region, and profile.
Scheduling meetings with the Business Head and Managing Director in order to expedite the completion of Franchise acquisitions.
Take responsibility for developing appropriate solutions and inputs as necessary by management or the investor to increase the closure likelihood.
To prepare franchisee-related reports.
Collaboration with local property owners/dealers to find suitable vacant properties for the shortlisted franchisees for DoorDash India to expand their businesses.
Ascertaining that the shortlisted property complies with all applicable laws and is free of pending litigation.
Should have prior experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase lead generation
Must be passionate about and committed to achieving the management's assigned expansion target.
Must be an expert negotiator.
Must possess superior communication abilities in both English and Local Language..
Required Candidate profile
Male candidate with Graduation and has proven 3-5 years managerial experience in franchise development and leasing properties
Age - Less than 40 years
Should have leadership skills & market knowledge
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
Excellent communication skills in English and Local Language
