Job Brief: We are looking for a versatile, ambitious and energetic Business Development Head who will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy with the goal to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting Business development and sales.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

Promote the company’s products/services addressing objectives to the prospective customers.

Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people by conducting trainings.

Utilize sales data to understand market trends and potential and furnish reports.

Develop and optimize sales processes to continuously improve the performance.

Develop and define the strategies for cross-selling and upselling to existing customers.

Job Requirements and Qualification:

Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree in business administration, sales or relevant field

Proven 5 years of experience in business development management and sales in EdTech industry.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Strong Communication and Presentation Skills.

Market knowledge and negotiation skills.

Ability to build rapport.

Salary Range: 5LPA to LPA( Fixed)

In Addition to salary, there would be monthly Incentives based on Sales Performance
