Job Description

Leads training for New Store Openings including pre-opening set-up and training, and post opening support plans, Partner with the franchisee to assist with developing business plans to maximize improvement (operations, marketing, training, human resources, etc). Supervise all Franchise team with operation team functional relationship with branches & franchisees, head office, operations team skill Ready to prepare for live session(Induction) Success of franchise skill required. Should have leadership skill and a good team managers skill. Should be able to drive the Business. Should have excellent communication skill- Written and Verbal. Should have job knowledge risk taking ability Should have knowledge of industry organization & Planning , Innovative, stress, Tolerant Judgmental & Adaptable. Ensure Implementation of national marketing campaigns . Franchise re-opening experience. Assist with the development and implementation of franchise specific business plans and budgets. Interpret monthly management accounts, benchmark and suggest corrective actions where necessary. Protect Brand integrity via implementation and measurement of standards of Operations Programmes. Identify and communicate formal training needs to the training department for training intervention. Monitor and feedback information about copetitor activity within his/ her region. Assist franchisees in selecting and formulating locality marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and grow their business. Minimum 5 years franchising experience in similar role- preferred. Good knowledge of food industry. Managing, training, and motivating the existing sales team to drive revenue growth.

Develop and manage efficient franchise networks for sales.

Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to Board of Directors.

Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
