Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Manager located in Noida. The Franchise Manager will be responsible for managing the operations of our franchise business, and overseeing the recruitment and training of new franchisees. They will also be responsible for marketing and promoting our franchise business to potential clients, and developing strategies to improve franchise performance and profitability.

Qualifications

Experience in franchise management and operations

Strong communication and leadership skills

Proven ability to recruit and train new franchisees

Marketing and sales skills with a track record of success

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to analyze financial data and develop strategies for profitability

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience in the education industry is a plus
