Job Summary:
The Franchise Manager is responsible for driving the growth and development of
the company's business by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships,
and achieving sales targets. Franchise Manager will collaborate with various internal teams to develop effective
strategies and implement initiatives that align with the company's objectives. This role requires strong
business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business
development.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and generate
revenue.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and
providing tailored solutions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop
strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
5. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals .
6. Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to identify new
business opportunities.
7. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional networks
and promote the company's products and services.
8. Provide feedback and input to the product development team based on customer needs and market
insights.
