Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Development:
Identify and evaluate potential franchise opportunities, conducting due diligence and market research.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new franchisees, providing them with the necessary tools and resources.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the franchise network in alignment with company goals.
Operational Support:
Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, ensuring adherence to brand standards and operational procedures.
Conduct regular site visits and audits to monitor performance and address any operational issues.
Facilitate training programs for franchisees and their staff to ensure compliance with company policies and best practices.
Performance Management:
Monitor and analyze franchise performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Implement performance improvement plans as needed and work with franchisees to address areas of concern.
Develop and analyze reports to track franchise performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, acting as a liaison between them and the company.
Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise, ensuring a positive and productive partnership.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between franchisees and corporate teams.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance franchise growth and profitability.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of franchise initiatives with overall brand strategy.
