Responsibilities

Should be well experienced in Franchise Sales and other prospect for Business development.

Responsible for developing franchisee partners, expand business through existing franchise outlets.

Present business plans with potential clients and negotiate terms and conditions of exclusive brand outlet franchisee agreement.

Should be very smart to co-ordinate with franchisee

Has to convert prospectives calls into business growth

Responsible for the sales process from initial solicitation through contract completion. Includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees and adherence to sales processes.

Generating and closing of Business.

Have excellent time management and organizational skills - A disciplined person.

Be enthusiastic & self-motivated, which means doesnt need a push all the time

Be able to maintain a good working relationship with people across all levels, from clients to vendors to team members

Have a positive and adaptable attitude

Be able to work as part of a team, Possess an eye for detail.
