Responsibilities –

• Should be well experienced in Franchise Sales and other prospect for Business development.

Responsible for developing franchisee partners, expand business through existing franchise outlets.

• Present business plans with potential clients and negotiate terms and conditions of exclusive brand outlet franchisee agreement.

• Should be very smart to co-ordinate with franchisee

• Has to convert prospectives calls into business growth

• Responsible for the sales process from initial solicitation through contract completion. Includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees and adherence to sales processes.

• Generating and closing of Business.

• Have excellent time management and organizational skills - A disciplined person.

• Be enthusiastic & self-motivated, which means doesn’t need a push all the time

• Be able to maintain a good working relationship with people across all levels, from clients to vendors to team members

• Have a positive and adaptable attitude

• Be able to work as part of a team, Possess an eye for detail.
