Job Description:
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities for the organization to improve profitability and generate revenue. Besides this, he is also responsible for establishing relationships with potential clients, researching leads, and arranging meetings for sales executives
• Responsible for the sales process from initial solicitation through contract completion. Includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance, and adherence to sales processes
• Finalize Corporate Alliances for Franchise expansion with prospective
• Work as an interface between brand and investors for closing franchises up till signing agreement
• Maintain loop between brand and investor to increase the success ratio for closures.
• Handling responsibility of coming up with suitable solutions and inputs wherever required either from clients or investors for increasing the closure probability.
• Responsible for maintaining win-win situations for both client as well as the brand.
• Scheduling and meeting the investor from PAN India to explain the company's franchise model and to get them to register
• Explaining business model to every potential investor, giving them franchise-related Information, sending them the proposals, taking follow-ups and referrals for further leads.
• Identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance, and adherence to sales processes
• Responsible for new franchisees and provides training and information on the business policies and procedures
Qualification and Experience:
• Any Graduate in Any Specialization
• 4-6 years of proven accomplishment within Franchise Sales
• Exp in Sales/Franchise Management (FOCO/FOFO) for the Retail industry
