job description:

as a founding engineer at procura, you will spearhead the technical direction

of our rapidly evolving platform. this pivotal role invites a visionary leader who is

adept at fostering innovation and collaboration within the team while building a

robust and

scalable platform from the ground up.

key responsibilities:

- assume a lead role in shaping and evolving our technology stack,

comprising nextjs, nodejs, reactjs, and postgresql, to align with our

mission of streamlining procurement processes.

- participate actively in the recruitment process, seeking individuals who

robust engineering team.

- mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering an environment that
