Job Description:

As a Founding Engineer at Procura, you will spearhead the technical direction

of our rapidly evolving platform. This pivotal role invites a visionary leader who is

adept at fostering innovation and collaboration within the team while building a

robust and

scalable platform from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assume a lead role in shaping and evolving our technology stack,

comprising NextJS, NodeJS, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL, to align with our

mission of streamlining procurement processes.

- Participate actively in the recruitment process, seeking individuals who

resonate with our values and mission, thereby building a synergic and

robust engineering team.

- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering an environment that

encourages innovation, collaboration, and adherence to the highest

standards of code quality and security.

- Develop robust, scalable solutions, ensuring not only technical efficiency

but also aligning with Procura’s emphasis on quality control and cost

efficiency.

- Employ first-principle thinking to craft creative solutions to complex

challenges, enabling quick prototyping and fostering innovation within the

organization.
