About the Role
We are looking for Forex Counsellors to help the students remit fee to the universities. You will
act as a liaison between students & partners and will help the students to complete the
transaction in a timely manner. You should be driven, self-motivated and highly passionate
about working in the Ed-tech space while helping the student to Understand the entire journey of
remitting money to the university. You will work closely with a diverse group of people coming
from both leading MNCs such as McKinsey, BCG, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, and startups such as Byju,
Paytm etc.. to establish, nurture, and grow business across categories & is an
amazing opportunity to learn from an extraordinary team, grow massively and help students

What will you do
Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential students who would require Forex services
Develop a strong pipeline of new students through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting
Place outbound calls, send letters, and emails to contact and advise them of their remit with best rates.
Receive phone calls from students, answering their questions regarding their Forex remittance.
Facilitate servicing for the student in terms of processing the transactions.
Monitor and analyse the pipeline to review performance & optimise accordingly to ensure that the objectives are being met
Maintain strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls
Create lead engagement plans and strategy
Study the details of each offering and stay up-to-date on these
Ensure efficient and effective lead utilisation with consistent follow-ups, low
Turn-Around-Time and increased connectivity with multiple attempts
Build cross-discipline relationships in the organisation, partnering closely with the growth and marketing team, providing feedback and insight
What will you need
Graduate/MBA, preferably in the field of business, economics
