Job Description

Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations of food and beverage departments.

Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all food and beverages.

Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock control.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to service standards.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage budgets for food and beverage operations.

Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.

Control costs and maximize revenue through effective pricing and promotions.

Customer Service:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.

Develop and implement programs to enhance guest experiences.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food and beverage areas.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.

Menu Development:

Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to design and update menus.

Stay current with food trends and customer preferences.

Plan special events and promotions to drive business.

Qualifications:

Bachelor��s degree in Hospitality Management or Experience of handling a team providing customer service ,

Proven experience in food and beverage management or similar role.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of food and beverage trends, health regulations, and inventory management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.

May require evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
