Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the club's food and beverage operations, including the kitchen, bar, and dining areas
Develop and implement menus that align with the club's brand and meet the needs of its members
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Manage and supervise kitchen and bar staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared to the highest quality standards
Develop and manage the food and beverage budget, ensuring that expenses are within budgetary guidelines
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
Provide excellent customer service to club members
Plan and execute events and functions, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties
Work collaboratively with other departments within the hotel management team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a club or high-end restaurant
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Fluent in English; additional language skills will be an added advantage
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
