We are seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team in Kuwait. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday purchases. Your role will involve selecting the appropriate flowers, foliage, and decorations based on customer preferences and the latest floral trends. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for floral design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Design and arrange floral displays for various events, including weddings, corporate functions, and other special occasions.

Assist customers in selecting appropriate floral arrangements, taking into account their preferences and the specific event requirements.

Maintain knowledge of current floral trends, styles, and designs to offer creative and innovative ideas to customers.

Care for and maintain fresh flowers, ensuring their quality and longevity.

Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure an adequate stock of flowers, vases, and other necessary floral materials.

Coordinate with event planners, customers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of floral arrangements.

Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling customer needs and preferences.

Ensure cleanliness and organization within the floral design area, including workstations and storage spaces.

Keep up-to-date records of floral orders, designs, and customer preferences to streamline future interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for seasonal and special floral arrangements.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Florist or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrable creativity and a strong understanding of various floral arrangements and designs.
