We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Team Leader to join our fast-paced and growing organization. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of customer service representatives in our call center, ensuring the highest standards of customer support are maintained.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of customer support representatives in a call center environment.
Set clear performance objectives and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to team members.
Monitor and evaluate team members' performance, providing regular performance reviews and addressing any performance issues or concerns.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and high morale.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints and provide effective resolutions.
Monitor call center operations and ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
Generate regular reports on team performance, key metrics, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in a call center environment, with at least three years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help customers.
Proficient in using call center software and other relevant computer applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets and deadlines.
