We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Team Leader to join our fast-paced and growing organization. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of customer service representatives in our call center, ensuring the highest standards of customer support are maintained.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of customer support representatives in a call center environment.
• Set clear performance objectives and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to team members.
• Monitor and evaluate team members' performance, providing regular performance reviews and addressing any performance issues or concerns.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and high morale.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints and provide effective resolutions.
• Monitor call center operations and ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
• Generate regular reports on team performance, key metrics, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a call center environment, with at least three years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Proficient in using call center software and other relevant computer applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets and deadlines.
