Job Description :

As the Floor Manager at Swapna Weddings, you will lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the floor, ensuring a seamless and delightful shopping experience for our customers. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

Train and onboard new sales associates, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.

Oversee the layout and presentation of merchandise on the sales floor to optimize the customer shopping experience.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.

Ensure adequate staffing levels on the sales floor, managing scheduling and addressing staffing needs during peak periods.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent customer service.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales goals, promotions, and other important information.

Monitor inventory levels, collaborate with the inventory team, and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a retail sales management or supervisory role, preferably in the fashion industry.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
