Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.

Ensure exceptional customer service by monitoring guest interactions and resolving any issues promptly.

Assist in training, scheduling, and managing staff to maintain a high level of performance and morale.

Oversee dining area cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and high-quality presentation.

Monitor restaurant financials, including sales, labor costs, and guest feedback, to achieve profitability.

Implement and uphold restaurant policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Participate in marketing efforts to promote special events, menu items, and services.
